Burning saltwater

Inventor John Kansas found a way to burn saltwater. It was a accidental discovery as he works on finding a cure for cancer using radio waves. Check out the video below.
I learned about it from listening to the Dawn and Drew Show.
WOW! I remember reading about this some time ago — at least the part about attacking metals or elements in the body in order to kill cancer cells.
But the aspect of burning saltwater escaped me. Just think: automobiles fueled by saltwater! And the Earth surface is 70 percent saltwater. That fuel is everywhere.
This is really cool, but I saw another one on the discovery site awhile back where there were putting rubber “tentacles” in the sea to capture the motion of the waves much like we capture wind energy now.
